Default Income tax deductions in CT

Hi everyone,

Can you deduct rent and renter's insurance in CT? If you can, does it matter whether you have higher or lower income and is the entire amount deductible?

Is there a good website that can point out what you can or cannot deduct from your state taxes?

Thanks

I don't think you can deduct rent in Connecticut.
