Preschool Recommendations (Oxford to Orange and in between)
I am seeking preschool recommendations for my daughter who will be 3 in June. I'm interested in the following cities: Oxford, Seymour, Ansonia, Derby, Shelton, Milford, Orange, West Haven. I'm willing to drive where needed for the perfect school...warm, caring, lots of activities, outstanding reputation, etc. Specifically seeking a full time program.
Any recommendations would be great...and thanks for your time!

I do not have any reccomendations for you. But I wanted to say you are not very likely to find a Fulltime M-F all day program for a 3 year old. All the preschools i have had experience with only do Tue and Thur for 3 year olds and generally the day is around 9-12 no longer.
But you may want to check daycare centers as they will keep your child all day and do a small preschool program part of the time they are there.

That is true, you will have difficulty finding an all-day preschool. However, there is a preschool in Shelton that offers extended day, and people I've known to send their children there just rave about it:

I have heard it's a well-run center. It looks rather small, at least the building is small. However, it's on a busy road, Rt. 110. Some people wouldn't mind, but others might.

I suggest you find a preschool in the town you live in. That way when they start kindergarten they will know some kids in their school. It gives them a little bit of an advantage.
There are many schools that offer preschool/ daycare programs for 3's. The child would be enrolled in morning and afternoon preschooland everything before, after and in between would be daycare. Small World in Oxford is a great school.

I think 'andthentherewere3' was speaking of the Susanna Wesley School in the Huntington area of Shelton. It has a strong extended day program with an outstanding reputation in the area.
