I used to live in Tampa, FL and belonged to one of their YP networking groups. The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce did a great job with it: Emerge Tampa

Now, I'm trying to look for a YP group in New Haven but I'm having a little trouble. I guess I am leaning more on the "professional" side for networking, but I know from my past experiences that the social side is always there as well.

Anyone have any experiences to help?

No, but I am moving to the area in a few months. Would love to start something. Contact me via a private message if you're interested. I was in a number of these types of groups in Austin and found them to be helpful when I was building my business and in making new friends.

Same here although im in mass not far from hartford 25min away i already do business with two companies in conn.. Send me a private msg too perhaps us three can work on something beneficial too all... Anyone else is interested feel free to send me a private msg as well..
