That is extremely hard to believe. But on the other hand, as a person that travels near E.O. Smith to go to Husky Pizza during the school year, I do believe that I've seen security cameras outside that school.
For those of us who argue with our hands and feet about the schools in Connecticut must take in account the home environments of each schools. Consider for example E.O. Smith High School. For those of you who don't know, E.O. Smith High School is a school that is virtually across the street from the southern portion of the UCONN campus. Many children of professors go to school there. These students are allowed to go to Husky Pizza and Store 24 at lunch. For a school with a high level of children of professors, they know their responsibilities. If they're caught by UCONN police doing something stupid, and their names are put in the police blotter, their parent's last name will be put in the newspaper for every member of the university to see.
On the other hand, Windham High School students (the ones I see on main st when I go to work) may not have that same responsibility to their families names. However, I have not seen anything crazy in the streets of Willi that would make me not want to live there.
But my standards aren't "Connecticut" standards
