Default please suggest decent apt to rent in fairfield county

Here is my situation. we are thinking of moving to ffld county from nj i got job near stamford and my gf working in NYC. looking for 1 or 2 bed apt. In past couple months the rents have been going down a lot. In ~1600 budget what will be the best place to live in fairfield county with easy commute to nyc? any hint abt good apt complexes in stamford, most of them have mixed reviews online.

Thanks

I hate to tell you but most apartment complexes get mixed reviews online. That is the power of the internet. It allows people to post whatever they want and if they have a beef, real or not, it can be posted. I would suggest that you check the complexes out yourself before judging them. Remember no place is perfect or suited for everyone. What one person may like another would not . And what one person would complain about another would not find a real problem. Stamford would probably be the best place for you. Good luck, Jay

On your budget, Stamford is probably best for you as JayCT said. If your budget were a lot lower, I would say go to Danbury or Bridgeport and do a lot of commuting. Good luck!
