Default darien elementary schools

Can anybody please advise which elementary school(s) is more desirable vs. others in Darien? My older one is 5 and going to K in the fall. Looking at Darien house but not sure about the pros and cons of each elementary.....are they as different from each other as those in Greenwich? many thanks!

I do not think that the individual schools in Greenwich or Darien are all that different. Each has their own good points and bad but they all follow the same curriculum and must meet the same standards. In Connecticut it is generally not required to buy a home based on the particular school your child will attend. This is especially true in Darien and Greenwich where education is a top priority.

If you really want to know the differences though, check out the link below for information on each school. Jay

my neice and nephew go to Ox Ridge and they love it That's about all i can share... but agree with the other posters that it's not likely that you'll find alot of difference between all the elementary schools in the town.
