Precisely. Black ice, many, many days of 32 degree weather, and darkness at 4pm. No thank you.

You know, I actually like it when it gets dark early.

Sorry.

I enjoy a nice long night to hang out with my family, get the kids to bed early...and sit on my a*s having a few beers or a bottle (or 3) of wine. And by the time 10 (bedtime) rolls around I've had a heck of a good night.

When my kids were younger, I also loved setting the clock back and it getting dark earlier, as well! There was more time to cook dinner, do homework and relax on school nights! When it's lighter out....the later we would stay playing outside!

Unfortunately, I didn't have nearly the amount of fun though, that Mr. Gregory had!
