Default Greenwich Property Tax - Purchase Info Online Anywhere?

I love that you can find property tax, sales data and owner info for most CT cities online - Greenwich seems to be the exception - unless I'm missing something? They have the pdfs you can see on the town website - but nothing as snazzy as the Vision Data database.

Vision Data (Vision Appraisal Technology) covers 79 of Connecticut's 169 towns. Total Valuation (Total Valuation Home) covers 23 more. It's often difficult to get online information for the remaining 67 towns. Some towns still don't have this information available online.

If you need sales data on a specific property, let me know.

SGFludd - If you sign up for one of the real estate agency web sites, their listings usually include the taxes on the house that is for sale. I signed up for Prudential's and it provides that important information. that should give you an idea of what taxes are for the homes you are interested in. Jay
