Default Can you recommend a good realtor?
Buying not selling and don't have a ton of cash. Probably purchasing in the $140k or lower range. Looking for a good/attentive/upbeat realtor. Sort of like Sandra on Property Virgins. One who will give me the same amount of attention they would someone who has more cash.

I'll send you a PM. I've used a Realtor multiple times for purchasing/renting and he is very knowledgable with Hartford and Bloomfield.

I forgot to mention, the house purchase would probably be in the Vernon, Manchester area.

Thats fine he does work in many other towns as well. I wasn't looking in Hartford or bloomfield when we used him
