$2000 Gay Couple lkg 4 rent with poss. option (New Haven 2 Greenwich)


We are looking for a rent with possible option. We are accustomed to nice things and living conditions. With us comes a 7-year-old Shih Tzu who is loving, well liked and fully house broken. Ideally the house should be walking distance to train station as one of us works in Manhattan.

We have a combined income of well over 6 figures, good credit and awesome references.

We know it’s too soon to explore but our lease will end in September, but why not have a secure deal. Let’s talk about it and work it out we are flexible and easy going but cautious.

Some criteria but not limited to: 2 Bedrooms, 1 or 1.5 baths, fenced in yard would be a plus (let our dog run around), the newer or older renovated also a plus. 1200 sq ft if a perfect size but larger or a bit smaller could work too. We are not looking to exceed 2000 per month. We want a single family home or townhouse, but not an apartment building.

Currently we live in Hoboken, NJ so we can start by seeing pictures and hearing details of the property then setting up time to meet in person.
