Is anyone thinking of selling their house in Bethel?

I am very interested in that town. I want a 4 BR, 2+ bath up to 450K. Private backyard (pool preferred but if there is none, a level lot where we could put a pool in), at least 1 acre total land, at least 2200 sq ft.

I think I've seen every home in the MLS in Bethel and just haven't found the right one - we came close a couple times but deals fell through for one reason or another.

I figure someone might be thinking about selling. DM me if interested.

I love Bethel! I can understand your interest in it!

450k for what you want won't buy you much. Have you considered finding a rental and saving a larger downpayment to go up in price? Or considered a 3 bedroom? I know is isn't an ideal situation. It's a great community though and you may find it very worth the sacrifice!

I know it's a lot to ask but I actually had one under contract that met this description (it was under contract for 430K). But the deal fell through because the seller thought he might lose his job and decided against selling.

3 BR would be considered. I figure someone might be thinking about selling, read this and contact me.
