Question Athletic Club in Milford Area

Is there a nice YMCA or another ahletic club in the area that would be family friendly?
We will be looking for things to do as a family indoors during the Winter months in particular. But summer activities (sports, camps) for the kids are great too, like what a Y would have to offer.
Any ideas? TIA

There are many gyms in the area, but for a family friendly place the Y is your best bet. It is called the Milford/Orange YMCA. They have a gym, use of the pools (even has a kiddie pool!), and many day camp programs during the kids' summer vacation.
