Red face Summer Home in Stonington
Hi, I am thinking about buying a summer home in Stonington Borough. I am hoping to get waterfront. It seems like a nice town for the few times I have visited. Can anyone give me any feedback about the town. Your likes, dislikes, etc. Also, I have a concern about the house re-evaluation scheduled for 2007 the last one being in 2002. I am aware at the tax hikes around many shoreline towns have been huge. Has anyone heard how hard Stonington will be hit? Thanks Summer
