First thing I thought as well. New Haven, hands down. Southern CT State University, University of New Haven, Yale University, Charter Oak Community College, and a vibrant downtown area all contribute to an area that will make the best target for this. Stamford/Hartford too business-y and not enough youth. Best of luck.

Charter Oak is in New Britain, not New Haven. I think you mean Gateway Community college. Interestingly today is the formal groundbreaking on the new Gateway Community College building on Chapel Street in downtown New Haven. It looks like it will be a beautiful building and will be a welcomed addition to the area. Jay

Yeah thats the one, I knew there was a community college there but confused the two names.
