Friendly's in my opinion has mediocre food most of the time coupled with poor and slow service.
But it would be an okay place if you just need somewhere to eat while here on work.

Yes they have good milkshakes...Though they are a bit smaller then a johnny rockets, just a single aisle with a few tables and an eat in counter.
But I like it the few times I've been.
