I'm looking for recommendations for a home inspector, I've searched this forum but many of the posts are a bit outdated.

I need one that covers Manchester, right near the Bolton/Glastonbury town lines.

I want one that is very thorough, very detailed, even OCD with his inspections. Not sure what they normally test for, but if there is one that can test for Radon as well as doing a normal inspection, that would be even better. I had one that came highly recommended from my realtor when I purchased my current house, but he ended up missing alot of small issues that he should have caught.

And if you have any names I should AVOID, please send me a private message if you don't want to post it. I'd post my last home inspector's name to the avoid list but that was too long ago that I lost his paperwork and contact info unfortunately.

I will have the new house tested for Radon as well, so if anyone can recommend a licensed Radon inspector, that would be great. Thanks!!
