Does anyone remember the restaurant in front on the right before is was JC Hillary's at the Trumbull Mall ?

I didn't know any restaurant there before JC Hilary's. I ate there once and it was terrible. Now it's a Panera.

Yes, it was a cafeteria style steak/dinner place.. take your tray and walk down the lane picking up things you wanted.. pay at the end of the lane.. forgot the name .Maybe Lums?? Or Great American Steak ??

York Steak House. I managed the old UA Trumbull Theatre right across from it and the manager of York would always come to the theatre with his family and of course, I'd let them in gratis. He would always respond in kind by LOADING me and my girlfriend (now wife) up with so much food and would never accept money from me for the bill. Such different times back then...that mall sure has changed ....
