Here is my situation. I am paying 1720$ for 2 bedroom apt here. Seriously considering buying a condo of 1500 sqft now as this summer I will be renewing the lease and will be again stuck for a year. Is it a good time to buy now? As per my calculation, If I buy with 20% down I will be paying ~22-2300 per month including everything, that is 600 increase from my current rent. Please advice.

Thanks

Great Time to buy.Record interest rate...lots of inventory,in Stamford. The only problem has been getting mortgage money. You must be clean as a whistle credit wise and perhaps have more than 20% down depending.
