I am deciding between two apartments in Stamford, Connecticut
One apartment has -$90/month Parking -Free water + heat The other apartment has -Free Parking -Water + heat is not included So I guess the question is...is water + heat in Southern CT more than $90/month? What do you think is the better deal? Thanks! ![]() |

Do you control the heat? If so I believe heat and hot water would be more than $90 per month. All things being equal in the two, go for the one with free heat and hot water. JMHO Jay

Don't know where you are moving from, but CT has high gas and electric bill.
I moved from KS. In the winter, gas bill will be $200. In the summer $30. Electric Bill will be in the $250 in the summer and $30 in the winter. |
