I visited Hebron yesterday to check on the house we bought but have not yet moved into. My husband will be arriving with the moving truck around 6/23 and that is when we will be moving in.
I am waiting to hear back from my CT real estate agent on this, but maybe you can help me, too. Any businesses that I can contract with to pick up trash and recycling curb-side? Any dependable, reliable house cleaning people I can hire to do a thorough cleaning job before we move in? basically, bathrooms, kitchen, clean oven, fridge, baseboards, vacuum - stuff like that. the house is not terribly dirty but as i am 34 weeks pregnant, i would like it done for me before we move in.
also, any places in the area of hebron where we can purchase a john deere lawn mower (rider) as we have 4 acres with slopes - we need something good and are willing to spend some $$$ to get it.

I am not in Hebron, so I do not have information on local cleaners or trash picup. If your agent can't help you, you can call town hall and ask what garbage companies serve your area.

As for the tractor, Cofiels here in Glastonbury carries a lot of tractors, but I do not think they carry John Deere. The are so good my cousin used to drive over an hour to it. He now lives in Vermont and stops on the way to visit family several times a year. Marvin & Son in Colchester is listed on the John Deere website as an authorized dealer.
