Default looking for advice

I am looking into moving to ct, I am looking for scenic, colleges that offer hr management, crime to a minimum any help would be very much appreciated.

I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for, but some nice colleges in Connecticut are Yale (in New Haven, so crime in the area does exist), Quinnipiac in Hamden, Fairfield University, Western CT State Univ in Danbury (two campuses, downtown and the more rural Westside Campus), CCSU in New Britain, Trinity in Hartford (again being in Hartford, crime can be an issue), Connecticut College in New London and of course, UCONN in rural Storrs.
