Cricket is British. Fringe theories suggesting it's not hold no water. Neither creag nor crekettes are the predecessors of cricket in its present form.

Yep, no solid proofs. One line of poetry - never a good proof. This theory is not accepted among mainstream historians.

Are there any cricket clubs in CT - being part of New England?

English, Belgian or whatever the country of origin, finally the cup is now where it should've been for the past decade and more. Great that it came against worthy opponents. The ROI should atleast equal if not exceed the sheer amount of resources spent on the game. Now everybody can peacefully get back to their respective businesses.

Checking the score on the phone with a gap of few overs at a time does have its thrills, whaddayaknow!

Is it legal in Connecticut to streak when one's favourite team wins??
