Is this Raul/Fidel Castro Cuba? What is it you can not be self made in life and be attacked? It is AMERICA, anybody can make it if you try!

If you do not have wealth get it from sleeping with the unions. Obama with Andy Stern of the service workers. Blumenthal and the rest with this union and that union(Weingarten with the teachers union, etc). Remember we pay the federal, state & local employee unions with our tax dollars. So in effect we paid for their campaigns. Those clowns dump so much money into their election coffers it is not funny.

So remember if you're poor and running a campaign go to bed with a union official. They will give you more money than Lamont or Linda ever dreamed of.

Well, as result polls show, Blumenthals has a nice size lead and will most likely carry that until November. Not that im very high on McMahon, but geez guys/gals of Connecticut, a guy can be caught lying more than once and he is still worth and honorable enough to vote for? No doubt, Ct is very liberal and many will vote for the person that has a D next to their name no matter what.

I bet, even if Dodd was running again, hed have a very good chance to win, even after the crap he was caught in. In a time where the country is in poor shape, and at times where our future doesnt look so bright, Im sorry but the last thing we need is a man who is going to be lock step with the current WH administration.

Blumenthal is a symbol of so much of what is wrong with our politics. I can't figure out why we couldn't come up with a better candidate than McMahon to challenge him. In this climate, he'd be beatable with the right candidate, just as another establishment moocher Martha Coakley was defeated in an even more liberal state.

We already elected a rich Greenwich guy to the governorship once. I don't think we want to add gasoline to the fire by doing it a second time.

I met Peter Schiff yesterday at the Fairfield train station. I signed a petition for him to get on the ballot. Probably a futile gesture, but I think we need to shake things up any way we can.

I believe that'd be Lowell Weicker. He left office when I was nine.

My father was a Lt. pilot, killed in WWII and my brother served in Viet Nam. I find it highly insulting for this guy to LIE about serving. Why would ANYONE in their right mind vote for this person.
