Call them and harress them every chance you can . Tell these Indians from India to go **** a cow.

Best to do is just don't answer. After a while they will just purge numbers where no one picks up.

Default Don't Stop US Pharmacy Calls, Embrace Them!

Like many of you I was very, very, very annoyed of all the US Pharmacy calls I was getting every day. Then an inspiration hit my mind, since I'm a Christian and always asked God to lead me to others to talk to, guess what since these people are calling 10 times a day or more, why not take the opportunity to share God's plan of salvation with them. My whole thinking about these calls changed. I now welcome them to call me because now I can share the good news with them! I stopped hitting "BLOCK" calls and now let them come through. They are surprised when they call because I say "Oh, I'm glad you call, I was waiting for your call. I don't need any Viagra but do you need Jesus? Most of the time they will hang up pretty fast, but on occasion a few will actually listen. I use to hate these calls, now I love them, they are the perfect person to talk to. I dare you or anyone who is a Christian to share God's plan of salvation with any telemarketer who calls. It's ok to hang up on robot calls After about a month of witnessing to these callers I'm only getting maybe 3 to 5 calls . . . . a week, from 10 or more a day. Maybe I'm making the devil mad. That would be a good thing. Praise God!

Default Stop U S pharmacy from calling forevermore

Keep calling them back 20 or 30 xs on the number they called from and get their main 800# and call them and call them then hang up every time they answer 5 days a week and every time they call from a different number I repeat the process and it works like a charm, don’t forget to block caller on all those numbers they call you from.
Don’t block your number so they know which number to stop calling.

I can not stand these anymore and I just got this number not to long ago. Does anyone know where they are getting our numbers from? When I tried calling them back it says the number is disconnected. and they call from a different number each time. I live in Brooklyn NY and they always call from local number. 718, 347, 917, even 646. is there anyway to stop this or am I just better off changing my number AGAIN.?

It has been years since this thread began, any headway on stopping these calls? My elderly mother recieves an average of 15 of these Pharmacy calls a day, sometimes over 35 a day, it is ridiculous! She blocks every call but they have thousands of phone numbers. It seems to me the government should be able to sue the crap out of the phone companies that are allowing these scammers to call and harass the elderly like this. One scammer actually told my mother he would not stop calling until she bought something! The nerve! The problem is my father, he passed away at 84 years old last December, actually ordered some Erectile Dysfunction products from somewhere and the calls began right after that and have been going on for years! Dad had Alzhiemers. It took a lot of doing to get them to stop charging their credit card and Mom still has an unopened box of drugs that were shipped from overseas somewhere. Certainly they should be able to stop the scammers if not by phone but by stopping them from illegally shipping drugs into the USA??

I have the same problem with these calls from so called Pharmacies. They use spoofed return phone numbers. In order to get their real phone number, I told them that I wanted to buy something they were trying to sell. Then as they got started taking the information down for the order, I told them I'd have to call them back. They did give me a real phone number to call back in the USA, so then I tried to call the Federal Communications Commission at 1-888-225-5322 and also the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357, and they told me to put my name on the Do Not Call List, and wait 2 weeks. I did that, and that is where I'm at in the process now. Hopefully someone else can contribute to this effort and maybe these people can be sued for money ?? I can be contacted at jopa1493@yahoo.com. Our Government seems only to be there to get paid, but they don't do anything. Good luck !

The problem is technology and location. They are somewhere in India (presumed) so no one can go after them, or likely no one cares to go after them. "Oh no, I am getting telephone calls!" What would be defensible in court to assess damages? Good luck on monetizing duress. Topic for another time.

Problem with blocking them is the tech. They use electronic dialers that allow them to send whatever caller ID# they want. I love the calls from 00000. Means the person in charge was too lazy to even make up a 10 digit number. That's why they are mostly bad numbers. It costs nothing and takes them seconds to change the caller ID#.

How do we fight this? I haven't a clue. Occasionally you do get a real number for them. A real US number that must be forwarded to them overseas. I got a real one the other day, 909-281-5167. Doubt it will be working long.

Over the years I have tried having a disconnected number recording on my desktop that i could play into the phone as soon as I heard the "pop" and the din of the call center. Spoke to supervisors who assured me they would remove me. I have gotten more creative to no avail.

I can't see any way to stop this. Thanks for keeping the thread alive.
