Get a fog horn hand answer the phone and as soon as they start talking let it go in their ear. Trust me, they won't be able to hear for a while. Eventually they will get the message. Or keep the on the phone long enough to have the number traced even if it states "no caller id, they can locate the computer they are calling from.
I'm having an originator put on my phone to trace every incoming. Call the do not call registry and the Attorney Generals office in your state, these calls are harassment. One idiot told me, I had to pay $200.00 to remove my number.

I let the answering machine take the calls now, These Devils use telephone numbers that are disconnected, that is why they will not leave a name and number.

I'm not sure yet but the telephone companies might sell these disconnected numbers to these Devils.

More study is needed.

Angry More info on the rotten callers--U S PHARMACY

People who receive these calls from east India -- I have been receiving them since a house setter used my name, address to order some drugs over a year ago-- I began to get these calls calling for me by name and had no clue what was going on -- I learned by asking them questions and found this as a form of identify thieft as he used my name and my address to have them shipped to. I tried being nice for the first 50 calls, telling them what happened-- they would lie and say they would remove my number. The calls kept on coming I began to insult them, telling them I would never buy even an aspirin from them. I called them and their families every nameicould think of,calls kept coming--I was able to call back on a couple of the many, many numbers-- found that they were using magic jack and using numbers that were not assigned to anyone. I called Magic Jack, told them. Nothing happened. Had to stop writing, got a call from guess who-- yep--the number says, Jacksonville Fa. 1 904-866-8341--Tried new thing-- told them the guy they called had moved gave up his number and now I had it. They may have bit the story, tried to sell me any kind of drugs i needed, to my new made up name. Told them my insurance paid for all my drugs, asked if he could take my name off-- said he would, doubt it. Maybe if you call and add your complaint to Magic Jack they might help--call 1-844-866-2442 and press option 3-- this is not correct dept but they will take your complaint-- heres other numbers they are using not assigned to them--1-719-207-9868----1-979-505-9330--1-786-323-9624----phones names they have on the numbers--GOLGA CLARK--HAROLD GALLOGLY--IRA ROSENGARTEN---CITIES--NEW YORK LAS VEGAS. BROOKLYN NY. OSWEGO NY. SKANEATELES NY. BLUE ISLAND IL. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU

United States Pharmacy has been contacting my mobile for about 4 months. The frequency was about 3-4 times per week. I recently started a new strategy when they call. I ALWAYS answer and go along with their spiel, but never give any information... then I ask them to repeat it all again because I don't understand... then I ask them to repeat because they are breaking up.... then I ask them what they are having for dinner... I try to keep them on the phone for as long as possible. I try to see how angry I can make them without using any aggressive or rude language. It can be really fun. Sometimes I'm able to actually call them back! When this happens, I'll post the call back number on social forums to get others to join in.

Anyone with the Apple iOS 7.1 or Android operating system can block numbers. I think I must have 150 or so numbers on my call block list so far.

The folks in the original post probably use many more than 150 numbers. The calls have stopped for me. They were coming to a land line, not a cell phone.

If you Google for help, you will get a complaint form, which simply places your complaint in some kind of a registry. Your complaint will not be passed along to any law enforcement agency, and if you call 911 or any other enforcement agency, you will simply be referred to the online complaint form, or you will be given a phone number where you can leave your address, and you will be mailed such a form.

Callers like that, like everyone else in America, are protected by the Constitution. If you believe someone has violated the DNC law, they are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond any reasonable doubt, and the onus is on the recipient of the calls to identify the caller, prove who they are, and prove in court that they in fact made an illegal call to your telephone. And after doing so, you will receive no compensation for doing the police and detective and prosecution work necessary to get a conviction, which would result in almost no penalty at all. Good Luck.

Why these people are not calling cell-phones is a complete mystery to me. If I were them, I'd have a dialer that would call every cell phone, since nobody can do anything about it.
they are using cell phones cause thats all ive had for the past 18 yrs
