On a side note: When we travel we place all our underwear in Ziploc bags on the way to our destination. We leave it loose on the return. You wanna look through my luggage? Enjoy!! Just one of our guilty pleasures.

I could see placing the underwear in Ziploc bags IF they were edible (to keep freshness!); otherwise we put dirty clothes in a plastic bag.
