Some people didn't know I already called 1-800-Comcast and didn't accomplish because i can't understand what the customer rep is saying due to being overseas

Many English-speaking Indian customer service reps speak with a heavy accent that's difficult for Westerners to understand, and customers have only so much patience. It may be that outsourcing customer service will end up as a grand experiment that didn't work out. Like New Coke.
