It turns out there are no batteries for my new tooth brush. I guess it works with a capacitor. Nice of them, I thought, since I wouldn't need batteries anymore.

It could possibly have a built-in rechargeable battery. This is most likely the case since the voltage drop-off in a capacitor would yield in a poor performing toothbrush after some use.
