Default Hats off to Mona Shaw

Hahaha - its so amazing when customers strike back...wasnt there a similar situation in Newark some months ago when a woman walked into a PSE&G office or something and held them hostage for a few hours for shutting her electric and gas off or something. I do not remember the exact details but it was either PSE&G or Cablevision.
