Such as a Roku player. All the parts are there in the box, though not some of the tiny plastic bags that you have to tear to get open anyway. Does Target (still) accept returns on opened electronics? I've googled and found tons of conflicting answers.

You aren't going to know until you walk up to the counter at Target and try to return it.

Typically if it's media (cd, dvd, game, etc) they'll fight you on it, but on actual devices, I have never had a problem returning things.
