Youtube and something else... (signal, antenna, dish, satellite)

Maybe I'm to new to the FTA thing, but I was looking for an FTA receiver for a hobby and came across this on Amazon:

Is Youporn mainstream? BTW, I'm just guessing what 'Youporn' is, please enlighten me if it is not porn videos.

(There's also PornTube.... they will use EVERY variation of YouTube....)

So with no antenna that thing is supposed to pull Sat Signals? Never heard of such a thing.
Interested to see if anyone knows much about it.

It is a replacement receiver, so you would already have the dish, and the LNBF (antenna if you will). I've had the big C-Band dish equipment in the past and only recently started playing with the smaller FTA dishes as a hobby.
