Yes it is. I suppose. I know this was 2015 thread. WE don't have roku. But our web connection is also having problems and when my husband called comcast. He was told he needs to buy a new modem coz our current modem is no longer supported.
Comcast just stop supporting the modem without bothering to tell their subscribers. This was end of 2016 when it happened to us. It's curious though how many people say their modem is Aris coz that's what my husband bought to replace the old modem. I forgot the brand.. oh ya, motorala is no longer supported by comcast.
