I noticed this out of the blue one late afternoon & it's been like that all night tonight, so I'm on the Verizon website in which it's trying to troubleshoot, but it's not working yet.

Is there anything I can do on my end, otherwise I guess I'll be calling Verizon tomorrow. As long as I don't lose all my recorded shows & it doesn't delete all the future shows it's programmed to record.

Anyone know what to please do here?

Reboot and then call. They have a robot that will test your system and walk you through troubleshooting.

I didn't even have to unplug it & it's fixed by the automated system walking me through as you said. I was afraid of unplugging it anyway due to so many shows I had recorded on there.

unplugging doesn't delete because we have had to unplug ours and reboot it from time to time and I don't remember that we lost anything we had bought OnDemand

When mine did that I took it as a signal to cancel cable TV. And ever since I did that, the parasitic cable company hasn't been able to suck much money out of my bank account, except for the monthly internet fee.

John7777, lol, well although cable tv/internet/land line bundle is my largest bill outside of the rent, I'll never cancel it. I LOVE TV too much & I need internet for work & school & I'll never just have my cell phone. I like land line phones.
