New neighbor up the road installed a square cloth cover flat panel on the outside of their house. Just wondering what it could be for.

Introduce yourself to the new neighbor, welcome them to the neighborhood, ask what is that cloth thingy on your roof.

It sounds like a Vogon communications device. Your neighbor might be an advance scout for the Vogon Constructor Fleet. Do you have another new neighbor named Ford Prefect? If so, introduce yourself.

You'll need a towel. And a fish.
