hi guys we just moved into a house that previous had adt,my wife is wondering if we can power on this unit somehow and get the chimes to work so when you open doors you hear it,not get the service thou...is it doable

heres the setup i have found in garage...does it look like anything should be plugged in or unplugged to make the system power on??
