do you have a budget?
Seems you don't fancy wifi camera, I have a Reolink camera RLC-411S, comes with a 16gb micro sd card saving motion recordings, POE powered, easy setup, nice picture.
See if you can find what you need in this store,

I just purchased for $39.99 a security/surveillance camera and clock radio with motion detection and IR,
(Jumbl Mini Spy Camera and Clock Radio). The user manual is 8 pages but impossible to find starting point,no detached schematic, hoping to unravel. Each button will do several operations?????
A very small unit with 32GB card purchased separately card works on loop, picture in color on 2" screen. It does show a wrong date and time clearly. It would be very discreet.
