Hi all,

I am not sure if this is the best forum for this, if not, please advise. Anyway we have about a year old Samsung washing machine (I do not recall the exact model), but if you wash a light load of clothes, during the rinse cycle, it will eventually read "UR" on the display and what was showing 20 minutes, turns into 40 or 45 because it is trying to refill and reconfigure the clothing. This happens often and surely it isn't normal? Tonight I put in two pairs of short pants, two t-shirts and two polo shirts and put on quick wash and double rinse cycle. It indicated 42 minutes. I go down 15 minutes later it reads 27 minutes. I go down 10 minutes later and it reads "UR", I open the lid, close it and it reads 40 minutes! It should not take over an hour to wash 6 small garments on quick-wash?? Now I went down and it went from 40 minutes down to 20 in about 5 minutes. Anyone else have this issue?

I wish they made them like they used to!!!!!!!!

We have Samsung washer and dryer, and have never seen that UR code, but it's an unbalanced load cycle, and to fix that, the machine will spin at a slower speed, which takes longer. No doubt caused by having too few items in it.
