I just bought a 22 inch Vizio Flat Screen HDTV TV. Got it all set up and channels programmed but the volume all the way up is weak. Am i going to have to buy external speakers to hook up to it ??

Anythoughts?? Big disappointment on this aspect of it.

Thanks !!

There is another volume control inbetween, is it going thru a cable box, is it going thru someother component? It sounds like it's going thru another component and the components sound is turned down.

Thanks for responding Tom......I did turn up the Bass and Treble adjustments and that did boost it up better. Still not as loud as my old Sanyo analog tv but i'm happier now.

It took me an hour or so with all the different control features to figure out what is what...lol...

I'm glad you got it working, I just bought a 42" LCD for the family room not to long ago, and it can be frustrating making sure everything is working the way it should be. Now I'm researching for a 65"-67" LCD for our movie room and will invest in some new surround speakers. Can't wait for that room to be done.
