Apple Music allows you to download your selections to the device (iPhone, iPad). With that, you don’t have to be connected to the internet to play them.

Just buy the DVD separate. And connect it to a USB drive slot. You'll just see it on your system. It will show up as a icon for DVD or some sort for a hard drive. Something like a D:\ drive being used. Renamed DVD drive.
