I'm glad you liked it!! I'm thinking I need to make a Ralph's run in the next few days. It's definitely worth the drive from Knoxville!

I really do think that DD can make it in Cookeville as long as it's by the interstate and can grab I-40 traffic. I don't drink coffee but I've heard that DD's coffee is really good, too. Otherwise, you're right, DD (or anyone else) can't come close to Ralph's doughnuts!

BTW, I recently found a coffee shop in Crossville that has about the best coffee around. The shop is called Samatha's and is on 5th street not to far from the courthouse. She also has homemade pastries that are simply delicious. If you are in Crossville give it a try.

haha I can certainly empathize with Mrs. B! Now you know why people like me will drive 100 miles to Cookeville just for a doughnut.

Im driving 800 miles next Saturday for one of those taste gems

My daughter and I went into Publix, walked past the bakery and of course we had to look at the donuts. Ralphs has ruined me, lol because both my daughter and I looked at them and walked away saying "they aint Ralphs", lol

Were coming back up next Saturday to work on our property and of course we are stopping at Ralphs where our diet will take a major hit! hehe

Make sure you get there Saturday, they're closed on Sundays. I miss having fresh donuts Sunday mornings, that's about the only day of the week we would go for them before we moved here, but probably a good thing for the diet.
