Jamestown? Clarkrange? Crossville? Cookeville?

What kind of flooding? snow melting? excessive rain? drainage form somewhere else? details pls

flooding here in Cookeville is due to runoff.

relocating to the area? Look for a property on higher ground and you will be just fine here in Putnam County.

In the city of Cookeville much runoff is handled by sinkholes which can be overwhelmed when conditions are severe.

I have a sinkhole on my land, i will post a couple pics of before and after an exceptionally heavy rain

Thank you for both the information and the pictures. I did go to that site and input the address in question and it came back as low to moderate risk, so I am thinking thats pretty good
