I don't understand the 120 thing either. It's not written well.

Correction to public notices was updated 12/11/15 FYI. Haven't heard any updates from the TDEC meeting on 12-15-16.

I've been stalking this thread for a while, has anyone else noticed that the 5 Below signage has been removed now?

I'm sure it was premature and they decided to remove it.

I looked to see if the wind had gotten it, but I'm pretty sure whoever posted it, pulled it down.

I'm puzzled as to why it was put up in the first place.

Certainly disappointing in the sense that the project has been reduced another 31,000 square feet; hopefully this marketing is more geared toward the outparcels.

But 219,000 square feet is better than 0 square feet.

Looking at this new plan, Publix and Academy Sports are the same size as in the old plan. There are still 5 anchors located between Publix and Academy Sports but their sizes have been shaved a little bit. The four outparcel buildings are the same size as in the original design, too.

I think this is positive news.

I agree, I don't think Browning would post this back on their site if they wernt confident it's going to happen.
