Will respectfully disagree; I'd rather not have it come to town a second time over...say....a....Jason's Deli.

Given a choice, I'd rather have Jason's Deli, too. Have Browning or CHM developed shopping centers with Jason's Deli?

I'm not sure, and I am still puzzled by the absence of Bed Bath & Beyond in this development. Perhaps one of the outlier shops is larger enough to house a BB&B, but I doubt it given the prominence of Five Bel°w's location.

Pei Wei would be a good option too.

I'll say it again for the third time in two weeks...Cookeville is more of a Panda Express than a Pei Wei kinda town.

That's fine it's my opinion. If you have had to state that 3x in 2 weeks maybe more people are interested in Pei Wei than Panda. Pei Wei is much better quality than Panda.

Sure Pei Wei is better; I'll never go to a Panda Express ever again. I had lunch at Pei Wei last week. I like repeating myself; so, your presumption is incorrect about why I stated it three times.

But....Cookeville will not be getting a Pei Wei in the near future or ever.

I guess I have to plead ignorance, I've only eaten at Panda Express, what makes Pei Wei not suitable for Cookeville?

Looking at the menu it would appear they are in vaguely the same price range?

I would welcome either one, my wife and I eat a mostly vegetarian diet and either would give us more dining options.

It's PF Chang's affordable fare; usually located in cities with denser populations and bigger pocketbooks; Tennessee has the following locations: Green Hills, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Knoxville Turkey Creek, Midtown Memphis and Countrywood Memphis.

I believe there are less than 200 locations worldwide, and it appears they won't be adding any franchise locations domestically. In a city that cannot land a Target, I wouldn't forecast getting a Pei Wei either, if ever....Chattanooga doesn't even have a Pei Wei.

Actually, Panda Express isn't vegetarian-friendly:

Quiznos isn’t so good for vegetarians/vegans because they use the same utensils for handling meat, cheese and veggies and making your sub. Also, never eat at Panda Express, they don’t have a sign saying it, but all employees said they don’t certify anything as vegetarian (not even the soft drinks, if you can believe that!).

As a vegan, I hope we don't get a Panda Express!
