So how uninformed is Dr. Finch...spewing falsehoods about property on South Willow that the City doesn't own? Hopefully this is already known to TDEC or they will jnquire for a response.

The site shows all activity and PDFS for support and complaints for the project. I'm assuming from Deborah Sam's emails she is working with Paddock and Finch for opposition to the project.
