The Shoppes at Eagle Pointe is moving ahead with construction. Publix #1634 is coming. Paddock's shenanigans at this point are over.

I'm not knowledgeable on ordinary commercial construction timelines, but that seems like a pretty aggressive timeline. But I'm all for it!

The official dismissal court date got moved from 9/15 to 10/20. I hope he didn't file an appeal to delay things even longer.
