Panera is apparently going to be part of one of the outparcel buildings. According to the bid announcement, Panera will be "4,350 sqft Tenant Improvement" instead of a free-standing building. Bids were accepted about two weeks ago, so construction should be imminent if it hasn't already started.

Default Publix #1634, The Shoppes at Eagle Point, 1265 Interstate Drive, Suite 111, Cookeville, Tennesee 38501-4135

Publix Pharmacy #1634's pharmacy license has been issued by the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy.

An opening date for Publix #1634 has not been announced by Publix Super Markets yet. Assuming the pharmacy could open within several weeks, an opening later this month or in September could be realistic.

I wouldn't describe as exciting news, but Dressbarn hasn't been announced yet, correct?

I haven't seen it announced officially, but I do remember seeing it in one of the earlier renderings although I haven't seen it in later ones.

Perhaps it won't be part of the offerings.

It's shown in this PDF from CBL:
http://www.cblproperties.com/assets/...ng%20sheet.pdf

but it's not shown in this PDF from Browning:
https://browningcompanies.com/upload...202318-pdf.pdf

Since the Browning brochure has additional details not shown in the CBL brochure, I'm assuming the Browning one is the more up-to-date.

I still can't get over the placement of that traffic signal. That's gonna be a nightmare trying to turn left into Chick-Fil-A during peak traffic time. Guess it will be best to go in from Walnut.

Yeah it is. Friends who attend the Mormon church across the street are already dreading what it'll be like trying to turn left out of the church parking lot onto Walnut. The city really needs to put in a traffic light at the back entrance to Publix which is probably where much of the south-bound Walnut traffic will be turning into the shopping center. That back entrance is aligned with the main entrance to the Mormon church parking lot. I don't know if that was something the city asked them to do or if the developer did it, but either way a traffic light would be very helpful right there.
