I'm not aware of any particular company in Cookeville that specializes in rural property. Often a particular agent in a company will.

If no one can recommend a realtor, try doing an internet search for "real estate agents, Cookeville, TN." Most real estate agents would likely work with you even outside of Cookeville if they know you are serious about wanting to buy a home.

I would guess that the DM ( Not PM) are filtered because of soliciting for business.....
Most realtors will only work with you on a "face to face" basis and not waste their time ....Several realtors have spent a lot of their time just showing "tourist" around the countryside that had no intention of buying in the first place....
