COOKEVILLE -- If trick-or-treating is the only event scheduled in your planner for Halloween this Friday, grab a pencil and take note: Putnam County Habitat for Humanity will be outside the Putnam County Courthouse square from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. serving up Cajun food at its 12th annual Cooking on the Square event.
