Obed Pine Rd. Sorry for the miss spell, It would take a feat of engineering too hang a house off the side of that ravine but what a beautiful spot for a home. The lot was 2.9-3.2 acre...... I much rather have a gentle rolling hill with trees. I'll be back in late February - March...........

I looked at those lots (Obed Pines Rd.),"after" I got my place just up the road. Couple of months ago the Obed was over the banks on the north-east side of the bridge (adams). Alot of water was flowing through. A few miles down river a bridge is still washed out from several years ago.

That's what I figured!! When I look at river or lake property I look at the trees, If the trees are just saplings or only a couple inches across and the other trees higher up the slope are larger it tells me. Their"s been flooding.
What's the weather like in mid too late Feb-Mar in the Crossville area?
I hope they got all those critters, hate too look out the window and see a Lion!! or a Bar!!.............
