Rod759 are you living up there full time. Our house is about 3 weeks from completion and my wife will be there the entire month of Aug getting the home ready for rent, to offset our costs. We plan on being there for good in about 2 years. My wife and I will be there in July for a few days to go over some final things before Aug. Will be a nice break from here.

Of course you can deborah mae, you work in the land business, first of all, no body said there were no thefts, your comment was that the police dept was involved. and your right, the agents should be honest with you. but just like in any business you have the few that are not.

Hi, yes we are here full time. We moved here about 1 year ago and we love the house and Hawks Bluff, but we are planning to sell the house and move closer to a town. If you know of anyone that is interested please let us know. The house is over 4900 square feet and its a perfect vacation home for one or two families. What phase is your house in ?
